What has been the biggest thing you have learned in your classes?
As I am still in the early courses of the program, I can say that there are surely other monumental learning experiences that I will undergo. Based off what I know, however, I have first and foremost learned that proper organization is the key to success. In any setting or course, having a practical organizational schedule is crucial to both the creation and maintenance of web design.
What have you learned in your classes that you have already applied to your job?
Going back to the basics of the core programs of web design: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, have helped me tremendously in my career. Self-taught methods can only take one so far, and I have found that thorough practice as well as the great instruction of my teachers have helped me save countless hours of time and have elevated the value of my work.
