Emily is a North Carolina based freelance graphic and web designer. She primarily works with small to medium sized businesses throughout the Southeast, but her background also includes stints in marketing at the University of Florida and as an Application User Interface Designer for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi. Some of her recent freelance clients have included Clay County Chamber of Commerce, the SERVE Center at University of North Carolina Greensboro, PPR Talent Management Group, UF College of Journalism and Communications, and River District Development Group to name a few.
Her other passion is helping people achieve their goal of becoming a designer. She has worked as an adjunct professor since 2014. She loves to chat about design both in and outside of class.
Emily is a two-time graduate of the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in advertising and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication specializing in Web Design and Online Communication.
Outside of work, she spends most of her free time with her husband David and son Reid.
